The Challenge


Brown Chiropractic & Associates provides pain management and wellness care for patients suffering from neck pain, back pain, sciatica and more. Brown Chiropractic was interested in developing a new content strategy that would be informative as well as persuasive. Brown Chiropractic also wanted to run a Google Ads campaign to attract new patients.  Campaign success would be measured in new followers, channel subscriptions and phone calls to the office.

Our Solution


KPI Conversions developed a video series where Dr. Brown would interview one of his patients and talk about their lifestles and the effect their activity would have on their body posture. He would then explain the treatment he would recommend and demonstrate the technique on the patient. We would conclude each video with contact information for the office.

 

Smart Targeting


Our approach involved producing helpful, shareable content. We launched Facebook ad campaigns that used a Lookalike audience built from patients with a lifetime value over $1000. This customer data helped to provide the ideal foundation for machine learning to take effect. Finely tuned optimizations along the way served to scale results.
