Originating in Himeji, Japan with the art and discipline of a samurai, Miura has a proud tradition of producing the finest hand-crafted golf clubs known to man. Miura's higher price point was failing to find a consistent customer base and needed help improving online sales.
Our Solution
KPI Conversions approach was to analyze all of the current paid advertising channels. We identified the channels that overproduced vs the channels that underproduced. We looked for actionable insights inside of the data including location, age, time of day and time of week the ads were running. We identified the most popular viewed products vs the most products being sold. We created new customer lists of our highest spend customers. We identified data trends and reallocated ad budgets accordingly.

Data trends emerged of under-served audiences that if engaged with strategic ad creative and messaging at key mico-moments in their customer journey, could turn into active paying customers with high lifetime values.
