The Challenge
Greenbooks by GolfLogix are full color yardage books that precisely detail individual golf courses outlining the distances, hazards and topography. Management was seeking to bring this new product to market and choose KPI Conversions to coordinate the brand launch. The challenge was how to avoid cannibalizing the paid mobile app users while driving e-commerce sales of Greenbooks on the Shopify store.
Our Solution
KPI Conversions approach was to build audiences that segmented the paid from the free users of the mobile app. We focused on removing barriers to entry for new customers, namely the misconception that yardage guides are against the rules in tournament play. We analyzed mobile app user data to find actionable insights and data trends. We constructed digital advertising campaigns that engaged and re-engaged users at all steps of the sales funnel.
