The Challenge
Golf Logix is the #1 downloaded mobile app for golf improvement. Management was seeing a low percentage of free users who upgraded to the paid model. Golf Logix hired KPI Conversions to grow it's mobile app user base and increase the number of paid users.
Our Solution
KPI Conversions approach was to unlock client owned data that was data siloed inside different analytics platforms throughout the company. We pipe-lined this data into creating custom audiences at highly specific points in the customer journey. We brainstormed all of the value props that highlighted the benefits of upgrading to GolfLogix Plus. We studied the user data and gleaned actionable insights. We architected digital ads campaigns appealing to unique buyer personas we developed. We wrote unique events inside of the mobile app and piped that data into the ads accounts to create user lists. We deployed targeted messaging to users at key micro moments in the buyer journey to influence consideration and drive action.
