The Challenge
Fully Equipped is a YouTube channel created by Golf.com The goal of the channel is to engage viewers with demos of the hottest golf equipment and provide affiliate product links to generate revenue. Management hired KPI Conversions for the initial brand launch. The goals were to drive as much brand awareness as possible to the channel and grow the subscriber base.
Our Solution
KPI Conversions approach was to study viewer data and unearth actionable insights and trends. We identified the content topics and moments in the videos where user engagement was at it's best and lowest. We presented opportunities for future content decisions that helped result in the creation of "What's in the Bag" and "First Look" segments. We researched best channels for promotion.
YouTube Ads
We focused on the content that users liked best and sought to expand upon these topics. We ran YouTube ads and selected strategic channel placements where we knew our target audience was watching. We analyzed viewer analytics and made constructive feedback to the creative team to drive longer viewership and more engagement.
